Chef-driven buffet

Every season we put together a buffet with Mediterranean influences: meat dishes, vegetables prepared in several ways, a base dish and homemade sauces.

We make everything ourselves, never deep-fry and use extra virgin olive oil as our base. The buffet is presented in ceramic dishes and your guests eat from ceramic plates with real cutlery.

We come to your venue and take care of the setup and the clearing.

Three ways to cater

Buffet

A light or extended buffet, with optional appetisers and desserts. All you need is tables and one power socket.

Seated

We cook in the kitchen at your venue and serve at the table. From one strong main course to a full menu with appetisers, starter and dessert.

Walking dinner

Small cold and warm dishes that come out of the kitchen one after another. Your guests eat standing up. Choose five or seven dishes.

Capacity

We match our team to the number of guests and the timing you want, so everyone is served on time.

Please confirm the final number of guests and any allergies at least five working days before the event.
